As the holiday season arrives, I want to extend my warmest wishes and heartfelt thanks to our incredible membership. You have spent this year nurturing curiosity, guiding growth, and inspiring learning in countless ways. Whether teaching foundational skills or preparing students for their next steps, your impact reaches far beyond the classroom walls.
This year has not been without its challenges, yet you met every one with creativity, patience, and professionalism. Your dedication to students, families, and each other is the true magic of our schools. Because of you, our union remains strong, united, and deeply rooted in the values of public education.
As you enjoy this holiday break, I hope you take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy moments of joy as you share traditions, laughter, and well-earned peace with family and friends. May this season bring you warmth, renewal, and the reminder of how valued your work truly is.
